Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire vacation home, including the private pool, game room, home theater, living areas, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the available guest amenities at Solara Resort.

PARKING:

Single-family homes: Limit of 3 cars per reservation.
Townhomes: Limit of 2 cars per reservation.
A fee of US$25 will be charged for each additional car.

Other Details:

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of US$50 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets weighing up to 33 lbs each. Please inquire before booking if traveling with larger pets.
Private pool heating is available for US$35 per day plus tax, with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
BBQ rental is available for US$85 per stay and includes propane refill and cleaning.

Optional services and fees should be requested in advance.

Your pet is very welcome! To help everyone enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that pets stay off beds, sofas, and carpets. We also appreciate your help in keeping the home clean and picking up after your pet. Thank you for treating our home with care!
