Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Please use 13-gallon bags and place trash in the bin by the front door on collection days to keep the home tidy.

Parking: A maximum of 4 cars is allowed per house in this resort. Street parking is not permitted—additional vehicles must be parked at the designated townhome parking on Lana Avenue.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.
Full Bathrooms:

• 1 oz (30 ml) bottles (2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner), provided in approximate quantities based on the number of guests
