One king suite sits on the ground floor and a second king suite is upstairs, which keeps two couples on separate levels without anyone climbing stairs at midnight. The home cinema, with eight reclining seats on two tiers and a popcorn cart by the wall, gives the group somewhere to land after a long park day. The garage game room runs pool, foosball and air hockey under a hand-painted Minion mural, and three bedrooms carry themes children recognize the second the door opens. Outside, the screened pool with attached spa lets the kids swim while the adults stay in the shade of the covered lanai.

The house sits a couple of minutes from the main highways, so the drive to the parks, malls and outlets is short and direct.
