Driving is easiest — everything from Disney to groceries is 5–30 minutes away. Free parking included.

– EV charging: Standard electrical outlets only; guests must bring their own compatible charging equipment

– BBQ - free to use, but you must bring your own propane as we don't keep it stocked which keeps our rates lower than other homes

– Pets: Considered with prior approval; breed, size restrictions, and pet fees may apply
