We welcome you to our Beautiful 5 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom, Townhome, with private swimming pool and all the amenities necessary for you and your family to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.

Located in Kissimmee, about 10 miles from Disney parks complex (Connection to Parks ? distances vary), with easy access to all Orlando?s world-famous attractions, local and big chain restaurants, amazing shopping malls and top-notch golf courses!

House is Family friendly and located inside the beautiful Paradise Palms Resort. Guests will have full access to Resort and Club House amenities available (Full description below).

This home is the perfect spot to relax and have a blast with your Guests, and / or extend your fun after a full day theme park visiting, golfing, or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ Grill (pool heating + grill use are optional services / add-ons).

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Iron and board also available.

Living Room features with a 65-inch Smart TV with Cable and Roku.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. There 1 designated parking spot in front of house. Additional undesignated paved parking is available adjacent to home, inside gated community.
