International Dr is one of the most lively street in Orlando, Vista Cay is located in the street. This street has lots of restaurants, bars, parks and so on. Walgreen, beauty salon, and beer bar with a full-size Public Grocery Store adjacent to the Vista Cay Resort. NO Smoking inside the property! You can smoke on the balcony if the home come with one.
NO pet in our property! We love pets too but pets will result much more cleaning work to meet our cleaning standard.
No party in our property! No event after 10 pm!
Those acitivities will cause us charge extra cleaning fee.
When check-out:
Please BAG all trash and place the bags in the trash box.
Please leave the pool card in the property. We charge $25 for each card missing.
Please wash all dish and cookware if you use any.
