Inside, the property features central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV, a TV in every bedroom, and a comfortable family room with a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoy family meals at home. Bed linens and towels are provided, along with a washer and dryer, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.

For families traveling with young children, a Pack ’n Play and high chair can be requested free of charge.

Located approximately 11 miles from Walt Disney World, the home offers convenient access to Central Florida’s main attractions while providing the comfort of a gated community. After a day at the theme parks, relax in your private pool, gather with the family in the living room, or let the kids enjoy the Batman Playroom.

PARKING

Parking is free, with a maximum limit of 5 vehicles per home.

Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or block sidewalks.

TRASH DISPOSAL

To help keep the property clean, trash must be placed daily inside the designated plastic collection bench.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$65 for the entire stay.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
