The game room with pool table and arcade will tap into your competitive side, an in the rare event you encounter a rainy day, you’ll have no shortage of entertainment to keep the kids occupied. Experience the offerings of the Spa, specializing in massages, skin care, nail services, and treatments, it's your gateway to relaxation and rejuvenation. When you’re ready to ramp up the fun at the nearby theme parks, you’ll be within just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios among the others, making this destination the ideal blend of relaxation as well as adventure.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• There is a booster seat available for children.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. No street parking, blocking of sidewalks, or parking on grass allowed.

• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

• This home is equipped with an external Ring camera mounted on the entryway and actively monitoring the driveway, street, and home entrance.



Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
