This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse in the Le Reve community in Kissimmee sleeps 10 and sits under 20 minutes from Disney World, short enough that nobody falls asleep in the car on the way back from the fireworks. The screened pool at the back belongs to the house alone: a waterfall spills into the water, loungers face the afternoon sun, and a built-in gas grill on a granite counter makes dinner something the family does at home instead of waiting for a table. Indoors, living room, dining table and kitchen share one open space, so ten people stay in the same conversation while someone cooks. Two of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the other two are themed, one for the Simpsons and one for Mickey, which is usually the first door the children open.
