The community is quiet and residential, with its own clubhouse on site, and the house backs onto a stretch of trees rather than another row of roofs.
The house sits just off HWY 27 in Clermont, which connects directly to the main routes toward the Disney parks and the rest of Orlando. Free parking is available on site, and a rental car is the practical way to move around this part of Central Florida.
