OTHER NOTES:

CHECKIN - It is required that all drivers of the cars that will be staying at the house provide their full names at least 48 hours before check-in so they can be registered at the gate and allowed to enter the condominium. We are not responsible for guests who are unable to enter the condominium because they did not provide their names in advance and only did so on the day of check-in.

WELCOME KIT - The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in  each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that  if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
** In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

🔥 POOL HEATING: Pool heating is an optional amenity and is available at most properties.
• It can be added to your reservation for US$ 35.00 per night, with a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
• The service must be requested at least 2 days prior to arrival.
• Once requested and paid for, the pool heating will be activated on your check-in day and typically takes approximately 14 hours to warm up. The temperature is set to 90°F, but the water may reach slightly lower temperatures, around 88°F.
• Requests made after 1:00 PM will have the pool heating activated the following day.
• The pool may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature if the outside temperature is below 43°F.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or temperature variations.
* Please review our house rules carefully before adding pool heating to your reservation.

PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any extra refills.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 28 DAYS: For stays exceeding 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an extra cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the house's upkeep.


ITEMS OR BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

FURNITURE AND DECORATION: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from their original position in the house without prior permission, subject to a fine of 200.00.

If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
