The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Storey Lake Resort – a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 6.



SLEEPING: the master suite has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom; the second bedroom has a full bed plus a twin bunk bed – perfect for the kids – and shares the second full bathroom.

LIVING: an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, and a convenient laundry area inside the unit.

RESORT: the real highlight is Storey Lake's impressive Hideaway Club, with its large resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash park, mini golf, fitness center and tiki bar – ideal for families looking for a lot of fun.



LOCATION: just a 6-minute drive to Walmart, 13 minutes to Walt Disney World, 14 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 24 minutes to Universal Studios.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours to enjoy – both bedrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry. Registered guests also get full access to the Storey Lake Resort amenities: the state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center and day spa, plus the lazy river, water slides, putting green, playground, splash park and resort-style pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival).

The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake Resort is one of Kissimmee's favorite family resorts – a gated community just 2.5 miles from Disney Springs. The Hideaway Club will make every guest's stay memorable: a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center and day spa, plus a lazy river, water slides, putting green, playground, splash park, resort-style pool, a tiki bar with cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.



Right outside the gates you'll find Walmart, Target, Publix, restaurants and the shops of Vineland Avenue and Lake Buena Vista.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the building. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25 minutes by car; Osceola Parkway and I-4 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 13 minutes, the Premium Outlets in 14 and Universal Studios in about 24. Walmart is just 6 minutes away. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
