No Pets Allowed:
Although we love pets, our property is not set up to accommodate them.

Packages & Online Orders:
Please note that USPS does not consider vacation homes as residential addresses. Therefore, packages shipped via USPS will be returned to the sender. However, deliveries from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon will be accepted. We are not responsible for any delivery issues or complications with online orders.

No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and cleaning of furniture.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
