We provide induction cooktop which requires specific cookware we provided, the cooktop surface won`t get hot until the right cookware is placed in the cooking zone, it also cools down much quicker than traditional cooktop. This provides additional sense of safety you will need when traveling with children or seniors.
The complex has two outdoor oversized pools/spa, an indoor heated pool/spa, two kid pools, a tennis court, ping-pong tables, a recreation area, barbecue grills, a playground, a food court, and a convenience store! Concierge Desk available daily for touristic inquiries!
There is also a THE MARKETPLACE PUB - restaurant / bar on site, please consult the front desk for the hours.
The location is absolutely the BEST! Being on International Drive has huge advantages, a lot of restaurants and fun attractions for kids and adults are nearby, restaurants such as IHOP, Friday`s, Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonald`s, and Burger King are within walking distance. There are supermarkets and gift shops across the street, you can find everything you need to prepare your own meals and a lot of essentials you may need during your stay.
Getting around while you are here:
- The restaurants on the international drive are within walking distance. - Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away. - Orange County Convention Center is 9 minutes drive away. - Sea World is 10 minutes drive away. 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops - The Disney World and Disney Spring are 15 minutes drive away - If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away, one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away and another Premium Outlet is 13 minutes away.
The guests may access everywhere in the condo except a locked closet. All Enclave amenities are accessible free of charge.
Both indoor and outdoor pools are heated all year round. Indoor pool opens 24 hours. Outdoor pools open from 9 am to 10 pm.

We provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, and pepper) but not cooking oil due to too many types to choose from.
Our cooktop is induction cooktop which requires specific cookware, all cookware we provided are induction cooktop designed for this cooktop. The cooktop surface won`t get hot until the right cookware is placed in the cooking zone, it also cool down much quicker than traditional cooktop. This gives you the sense of safety when travel with children.
We provide one set of fresh bath towels, pool towels and bed linens for your entire stay. You can wash them during your stay if they are dirty. Paid washers and dryers are located in the inside the building. Please make all pool towels are returned to the condo to avoid additional charges.
A credit card or coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. Garbage bags can be dumped in garbage bins on the 2nd floor. 🏠 Guest Rules and Terms of Stay
We are committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to past violations that caused property damage and impacted future guests, we must emphasize the following rules.
Violators may be held financially responsible for damages, extra cleaning, fines, or other penalties.
🚫 House Rules & Conduct
- No parties or loud noise. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of up to $800 will be charged for odor removal.
- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.
- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.
- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.
🧹 Cleanliness & Housekeeping
- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.
- Please thoroughly clean the kitchen after preparing greasy or heavy meals. The standard cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning.
- Dispose of all garbage in sealed bags, and place them in designated outdoor bins, chutes, or dumpsters. Loose trash may not be collected in certain resort areas.
- Only soft food waste is permitted in the kitchen sink disposal.
- Toilets are for toilet paper and human waste only. All other items may cause plumbing issues. Guests may opt to use our paid plumbing service in the event of a clog.
💥 Damage, Late Checkout & Lost Items
- Please report any household damages before checkout so replacements can be made for future guests.
- A $60 late checkout fee will apply for checkouts delayed more than 10 minutes, up to one hour. Late departures delay housekeeping schedules.
- Don’t forget personal belongings. If an item must be mailed, a $50 trip fee plus postage will be charged.

If you need to change your reservation, the following rescheduling fees apply depending on how close the change is to your original check-in date:
- 60% of total cost – Within 28 days
- 70% – Within 21 days
- 80% – Within 14 days
- 90% – Within 7 days
- 100% – On or after the check-in date
Shortened stays are treated as partial cancellations and are subject to the cancellation terms based on your original reservation.

The pool, spa, and hot tub are serviced weekly by a specialized cleaning company (except during holidays).
By using these facilities, guests agree that:

Excessive cleaning fee
- A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required due to improper use (for example, use of soaps/lotions that necessitate draining and chemical re-treatment to restore safe water quality).

Guests may use the outdoor gas/propane grill at their own risk. By using it, you agree to:
