Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Please use 13-gallon bags and place trash in the bin by the front door on collection days to keep the home tidy.

Parking: The indoor garage is not accessible to guests. Feel free to use the driveway and the visitor parking spaces available throughout the community.
*Please note that this resort allows only 4 CARS PER STAY.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.

Kitchen Amenities: Ninja coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster, Ninja air fryer, Ninja blender, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo Machine (coffee pods not provided).

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool/spa heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum).
