Nous sommes allés au resto pour souper et ont nous a refuser de nous faire une commande pour apporter à la chambre ?? Ils n'avaient pas le temps à cause qu'il y avait un mariage ??? Nous avons dû sortir de l'hôtel pour aller chercher le souper ??

Nous avons séjourné au Chéribourg en famille (4 ans et 2 ans). Nous avons vraiment apprécié les installations j’étais surprise même de voir autant de jeux dans la salle de jeux. Les enfants ont vraiment aimé le module et jeux gonflables. Points forts : piscine eau chaude, jacuzzi extérieur, salle de jeux, buffet du matin vraiment excellent à un prix abordable pour tout le choix qu’il y avait, chambre vraiment grande et très propre, lits et oreillers très confortables et bonne qualité, très bon service de tout le personnel que nous avons croisé, chambre insonorisée Points faibles: cheveux dans l’eau de la piscine mais sinon tout était parfait

The guest in front of me was having a difficult time at check-in. After he left, I heard the staff utter a racial slur about this guest to their colleague. When I spoke up they vehemently denied it. I walked away and refuse to stay in in such a racist establishment. Shame!!!!

The toilet faucet is not working properly There was water staying in the bath after taking a shower.The plumbing is very old. But the place is very beautiful and the stuff is very nice. Thank you.

Dû pour un peu de réno. Surtout au niveau de la plomberie/ réservoir à eau chaude. Tant pour la douche que le spa intérieur. Aussi, le week-end, il pourrait donner accès à la piscine un peu plus tard.

A little worn, no room upgrade available (econo rooms used for Expedia). Room booked (queen with sofa bed) was small and poorly laid out for more than 2ppl. We were 3 and the beds as set out were staggered and took up whole space - no room for bags or to move - moved furniture around to make it work. Accessible rooms (only 2 on site) were great. So choose wisely. Onsite games room and pool were a hit with the kids!!

This is our third stay at Cheribourgh because it's my granddaughter's favorite hotel. The room was on the ground floor with a patio door to the grassy lawn (would be nice in warm weather) and was on the smallish side. Beds were very comfortable, was very quiet during our stay but I'm sure we were alone in our section (room 140). Did not like that patio door did not have a safety bar to prevent door from being opened, requested extra towels and reqyest was not fulfilled (we were 3 and we had two bath towels, 2 facecloths and one very thin hand towel). Bathroom lighting had noticeable cobwebs on them, shower door had "gunk" in the track and along the bottom edging of the glass, no facial tissues were provided and the room was carpeted. The sole heater in the room was not adequate for the size of the room so it was chilly in the morning. Loved the pool and play area as always but overall not impressed with our room this time around.

Dining facility is extremely limited. Therefore eating in-room was necessary. I requested a can opener and was told I had to bring the can to the front desk and open it there. I was not permitted to take the can opener to my room. Appalling!

Nice clean place, very big, strange layout. Avoid the 100 level as it is on the ground and is a little musty. Pools and hot tubs were a hike from our room.

Very kids/ family friendly: theater with popcorn , video games room, kids hudge playroom, pool (inside/outside) spa (inside/outside), lots of room for your kids to burn their energy. More activities on weekends. Don’t gon’ there if you are picky on the « looks » of the jotel, need alot of work but we had so much fun times anyway. Staff is okay, one particularly was kind of rude but overall not bad. BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED , we discovered as a lady brought us the receipt , we didnt knew before that.

Not an upscale hotel but good. We stayed the weekend for my sons hockey tournament & we were pleasantly surprised at all there was to do for the kids like a huge playroom with bouncy castles, board games, video games & a movie room. It had an indoor pool which the kids loved & an indoor & outdoor hot tub. The room however was in need of some repairs, the hinge on the bottom of our door was almost completely off when we first checked in. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the ceiling had some water damage & the bathroom counter was super low. The restaurant was the most disappointing though...it cost us over 200$ for my husband & i with our 3 kids. Normally i wouldn't complain because im not a picky eater but the meals were nowhere near worth that price & our entire table, we were about 20, seemed to agree. Overall great for the kids, lots to do, but definitely will not ever eat at the restaurant. The young lady at the front desk seemed to dislike her job, never smiled & wasn't helpful in the least when i asked where our room was. I had to ask another staff member who showed up later. The waitress we got was very sweet & was wonderful, albeit slightly lost when it came time to pay for our meal, the adults were at one table & the kids at another so its completely understandable. Overall good place for kids
