„What a great location. Right on the beach. The windows were amazing and views stunning. The split level layout made it easy for one of the older couples to only walk up a few steps to their bedroom after walking up the flight of stairs to get to the main floor. „Great place for large group, like that it only has 3 step to the first level and 4 bed room on the frist level for our elderly mom, plenty of kitchen space and seating. We realy enjoyed our stay.“

„The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized.“

„Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald auf einer kleinen Lichtung. Die Anfahrt ist beim Ersten mal etwas tricki darum hatten wir einen Treffpunkt mit der Verwalterin auf einem Supermarktparkplatz verabredet. Nach Old Town Florence sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto auch die Strände sind sehr nahe. Im Haus war es gemütlich und den großen Außenbereich kann man gut nutzen. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Sauberkeit und bei dem Bad. Das Bad ist winzig, keine Stellmöglichkeiten, mit 6 Leuten möchte ich es ...

Overall, met our needs with our two littles - loved all the books and vintage decor in the house (including children’s books and stuffies)! Two points to note would be 1) the driveway is indeed very steep and 2) the dining table over carpet and rolling chairs were not great for feeding kids 3 and under.“

„The Bayview Cottage was very much as described, which we liked, as it is not always the case with rented holiday homes. The whole house was clean and inviting, and we immediately felt at home. The living room was comfortably furnished, with two clean and very comfortable sofas, a large TV and the dining table with a view of the water.
