  • Das Summerhouse 704B genießt eine günstige Lage in Orange Beach. Diese Einheit mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in der 7. Etage. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, Zugang zum Balkon und ein Hauptbad mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Das 2. Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV, während das 3. Zimmer 2 große Betten und einen Flachbild-TV bietet.

    Das Wohnzimmer hat auch einen Flachbildfernseher und Zugang zum Balkon sowie ein Schlafsofa.

    Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über Granit, eine Frühstückstheke, eine Insel, Keurig und einen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Ninja-Mixer.

    Das Summer House liegt 5, 5 Meilen östlich des Hwy 59 in Orange Beach und ist ein geschlossener Komplex. Die übergroßen Doppelpools und das geräumige Sonnendeck, der beheizte Innenpool, der Innenwhirlpool, die Sauna, der überdachte Pavillon am Pool und der Grillbereich sind immer gefragt , Fitnessraum, Tennisplatz, Putting Green und ein Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe des Hallenbades.

we came to play… and… play we did… our condo was just as described… clean.. spacious… and a wonderful retreat from the heat… the only issues were that the refrigerator leaked a bit.. and… the mirrored glass door handles fell off… it was just the adhesive gave way… we really enjoyed our stay.. and … we would rent this condo again!!! Spring Break 2020

The place was amazing and the management was even better. The place was just as pictured on site and beautiful. Had everything we needed inside. Close to Walmart and liquor store. Down side was the construction it was super loud at 7am and didn’t come with chairs for the beach. That’s was my only down side but no complaints. The manager was extra helpful when my kids put my car key in the trash and we had to make other plans to get home and check out. There were again super amazing and can’t thank them enough. I would stay here again for sure.

TV in every room was a touch. Wonderful Ocean Front balcony with new patio furniture. Steps to the beach and pool was great too! Clean and comfortable. Overall outstanding and would stay here again. Some suggestions. If you like to cook the pots and pans need an upgrade, could use a electric gridle too. The waffle maker handle was broken. We had a water leak in the master bath coming from the ceiling around a light fixture. Maintenance came right up. The leak stopped, not sure what the resolve was. Instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be helpful. We had immediate help getting the correct password for wifi. Again, we love this unit and would stay here again.

NEEDS PEST CONTROL

This condo has a mouse problem. They had two traps set up when we arrived so they definitely already aware of this. We actually saw a mouse run across the kitchen counter. We bought our own traps and ended up catching 3. I did notify the management company with this and a couple of other issues we had - and while they did send someone out to address the toliet issues, there response when I sent them a picture of a caught mouse.... "yes, that is a beach mouse". Then never heard from them again. Very disappointed in that. I am from the country so I have had experience with Mice but I know my friend who was staying down the hall would have not slept in there if she saw one. I looked back at some recent reviews and it seems that this looks like its been a problem for sometime. I wish I would have seen those reviews before I booked it for sure. Also, there were a couple of ladies a few floors up that said they had a rat in their condo. I personally will never book in Summer House again. The one plus I will say for this condo was the under cabinet Ice Machine. That was a nice touch.

This property is in need of professional pest control. That and the sliding door is extremely hard to open and close. Everything else was great. The property manager was responsive and professional, the beds were very comfortable, view and deck was fantastic.

Our vacation

This condo was okay, beautiful ocean view, Just didn’t care for the roaches and mold in both bathrooms ceilings and all the air vents leaked condensation (ceiling vents dripped and kept the floor wet and slippery, wall vents condensation run down the walls.) ive stayed in Summer house before with no issues, I’ll be back just not this unit! Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed being steps from the beach, that’s a must when looking at rentals. The outdoor pool are was nice. Our balcony furniture was nice and sturdy any we had a beautiful view of the gulf. There were a few issues with this condo, though. Nothing too terrible, but some things were disappointing. The listing showed our balcony to be directly over the pool, but we were actually in building B which does NOT have a pool view. We couldn’t find the indoor pool because it was located in a separate building at the end of the parking lot. I asked the property manager about it through a text, but was never answered. We found it by asking another guest. The doors leading to the balcony, from our bedroom and living room, we’re so heavy that we struggled opening them. I’m not a light weight and it was still a struggle. I thought the door was off its track at first. Speaking of off the tracks, the mirrored closet doors in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms had to be lifted and placed back onto the tracks before they would open. The cabinets were absolutely bare. We even had to buy salt and pepper. I’ve never stayed at a Vrbo condo or house that didn’t at least have that. The beds in the other two bedrooms were very squeaky and there wasn’t a single wall clock in the whole place. Like I said, nothing too terrible, but inconvenient and a little annoying. We’ll look for somewhere else to stay if we visit again.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and the location was wonderful. The only issues we had was that the pictures showed an additional twin bed in the room with the single double bed so sleeping arrangements had to be amended a bit. There were also a couple of broken items in the rooms but that did not affect our stay. There was an issue with the water heater but when I texted the manager about it they had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. We would absolutely stay there again.

From the first 30 min upon arrival we had nothing but issues . Our bed was broke and sitting on the floor upon arrival , it was 88 degrees in the condo when we arrived, our toilet was broke in master bathroom and called maintenance at least 4 times and it never was fixed . We had to open the back of the toilet and do it manually EVERY single time it was used for it to flush . The smoke alarms went off one night and the maintenance man had to come at midnight before we could sleep, the tv didn’t work in one bedroom and neither did a couple of ceiling fans . We paid a LOT of money for this condo for a week and wasn’t even offered ANY refunds of ANY kind for ALL of our trouble . So yea we are pretty done with this condo and the company that owns them.

Awesome stay. 25 minutes late for getting us codes. Microwave stopped working furniture was older. I would still stay there every time it was great location big condo
