Oceanfront Elegance: Renovated Orange Beach Condo

Newly renovated Gulf front condo directly on the beach. Beautifully decorated, it will sleep up to 12 people.

Amenities include a new outdoor pool and indoor pool, tennis court and grilling area.

You can rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Shopping and restaurants across the street and grocery stores too!

Enjoy the large balcony with your morning coffee or tea while sitting on a glider or watch the sun rise over the ocean and enjoy amazing sunsets from the 7th floor while sitting at the new bar top table and chairs.

Every room has a smart TV and its own access to a bathroom.

There are 2 pools. One is outside (as pictured) and the other is an indoor heated pool.

The sliding doors and windows have just been replaced in the entire unit. Please do not leave the doors open as humidity inside the unit will be an issue for you if you do.

In 2026 there will be a new parking policy where you pay $50 for your stay/car. You will need to register your spot when you arrive. We will have one guaranteed spot at that time. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site unless there is availability to register and park a 2nd car which will also be $50 for the stay for that vehicle.

No Smoking, House parties or pets. Guests must be 25 years or older.
