Welcome to Phoenix West 1601, located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL. This spacious and luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo is the perfect place for your next beach vacation, comfortably sleeping 11 guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while two guest rooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for families or groups with bunk beds—the top and bottom are double beds, with a twin trundle.

The large living, dining, and kitchen area provides plenty of seating for everyone to relax and catch up. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Step outside onto the wrap-around balcony where you can choose between sun or shade while taking in the breathtaking views.

Upon entering the unit, you’re greeted with the feeling of a luxurious stay, embracing beach life and comfort.

Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Condo was a perfect for our family. Had gorgeous views and a huge balcony. Only things we had issues with was working with Liquid Life. They offered us a discounted price on an extra night which we accepted and added on to the beginning of our stay. However they added it on to the end of our stay and that caused issues getting checked in. Condo could also use a few more kitchen supplies as it was very bare. Other than that it was perfect!

The Lazy River was awesome. My grandkids aged 18 months and 3 loved it and the pool was zero entry so it was perfect for them. We had a couple of overcast/rainy days and so the indoor pool was a plus. We had a 4 bdrms on the 16th floor, the elevators were fast and the large balcony view was awesome. The white sand beach was great and not crowded. They also had at least 4 spray nozzles to use on a boardwalk coming up from the beach to rinse off the sand. Rentals were available for beach items and baby items. For clarification you do need to bring beach towels. They only supply I dishwasher pod, I laundry pod, 1 paper towel roll, so be prepared for that. The only negative was that the hot tub chemicals tingled our legs so we didn’t get in because they were likely too strong but with kids using them I can see why they they would be stronger.

Family Reunion

We were stunned at the quality of the accommodations. The view was spectacular. It's hard to put into words what a wonderful experience this was. The only 2 things I'd recommend are- 1 - more regular sleeping pillows, the decorative ones just don't work well with regular pillows, 2 - a few more regular blankets. Other than those 2 things, there were no complaints except we had to leave. However, having said that, we rebooked for next year before this trip was even over. Same condo too. See you next year! Large Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Kevin was great to communicate with and always responded quickly. The check in process was very simple. The condo was perfect for our large family. The pools and lazy river were great for the kids and adults as well. The community area was really enjoyable and not overly touristy. We had several great options for fresh seafood just minutes away. I would highly recommend this rental.

Spacious with a view!

The condo was so spacious and inviting! We had 4 couples. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was priceless! The view of the ocean is stunning! Spectacular!

We stayed here with our family of 11 for our annual beach vacation. The property was huge and absolutely breathtaking. Loved the huge great room and wraparound balcony. Bedrooms, other than primary, were a little small but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. The kitchen was very well appointed, more so than any other property we’ve ever rented. Best condo we’ve ever rented in Orange Beach!

Orange Beach Vacay

We had a great vacation. This is the second year we have stayed in this same condo. We love the extra large balcony and there is plenty of room for us all. The youngest ones love the water slide and have talked about it all year. The only disappointments were that the air conditioning was out for the first two days ( building wide) and one of the showers had a really bad mold problem. My daughter thought it was part of the design of the tile at first but then realized it was just really dirty. That was the first time this happened at this location. Overall it was still a wonderful vacation.

Great Quick Stay

We decided to spend time together this year away from home after the holidays and we were so glad we did. The condo was a great unit to stay in. It was close to OWA (about 25 minutes) and we got an amazing view. The only hiccup we had was about the parking but we got it sorted thanks to the wonderful lady at the front desk. Awesome location and very nice condo!

Condo is located directly on the beach. It had an outdoor and indoor pool, which was great for our kids, including a lazy river and a slide. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils. very nice large table for big families who want to sit and eat together. It is close to everything in Orange Beach many restaurants, stores, gift shops. It’s a great location!

Nice stay Location Beach

Condo was great and had plenty of space for our party. Views were beautiful from the deck. Check in process was a bit daunting, and we were surprised by the hefty fee for parking that wasn’t included in our stay. Front office had issues with the parking passes and had to issue us temporary passes multiple times, which means we had to make 3 separate trips to the front desk and out to our cars to switch out passes. While that was inconvenient, it doesn’t have anything to do with the owner, so overall it was a 5 star stay. The only complaint we had about the condo itself was that the ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge door didn’t work, and there was a separate ice maker at the bar that didn’t work either. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely book the condo for a future stay.

Spacious and lovely

This place was great. The huge balcony is definitely the selling point, though the rest of the unit was amazing as well. Nice large kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, good view (no high rise unit next door, so you can see all the way down the beach), and just steps away from 2 indoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and outdoor lazy river, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddy pool, and most importantly, the beach! Would stay again next time I'm traveling with a large group.
