Effective 6/24/24: During the construction period, estimated to last until May 2025, your reservation includes (1) one parking pass for the main on-site parking lot. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Overall it was great. The condo does need a little updating and repair. The door looked like it had taken a beating and there were some stains on the sofa. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. It was in a great location.

Summer vacation

We had a great time with our family! Pictures are accurate to the listing. Was so nice to just walk down to the beach and be so close. Had everything we needed and was close to stores and shopping. The only thing I didn’t like was that the balcony floors were dirty and then it tracked in the dirt to the condo. We wore our shoes around the condo so our feet weren’t dirty. Was not able to talk to speak to an actual person who owned the condo about questions about the condo before we got there. Got Very generic text messages a about the condo. When I did text the number back never got a response. Would of been nice to actually speak with someone if we had any issues. One of the TVs wasn’t working so someone showed up after we didn’t even request anything and didn’t know it was broken until the repair man came and then the TV still was not fixed. I would bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There are not any extras in the condo.

Excellent stay; we'll be back!

We are a family of four and are frequent visitors to Orange Beach. This was hands down our favorite condo so far! Photos and description on the website are very accurate: this is a clean, quiet, and spacious unit with excellent views of the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our needs. The balcony had excellent seating and a large table for al fresco dining. My only complaint was that the sofa was in rough shape: broken springs and saggy, and uncomfortable to sit on. It felt like it had previously been used as a trampoline by a young child! But in all, we loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

This is a great property! We loved everything about it! The only complaint from friends were that the lights at night shone through the windows and made a night’s sleep a bit unenjoyable. Great Family Beach Rental!

I rented this condo for my family beach trip at the end of summer. It was great for our group of 9! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Check-in was a breeze with the app. As long as you print your parking pass ahead of time, there's no need to even go to the office. The unit is fully updated and decorated beautifully. Best parts were the ice maker and drink fridge; they came in quite handy for us! And I loved that the beach was steps away from the pool. No large expanse of sea oats to maneuver through. The pool at this complex isn't anything special, but perfectly adequate for cooling off. If you're there for the beach, that won't matter anyway. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the condo. Smelled fresh and clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Loved the patio furniture. Beds were very comfortable and lots of new, clean linens. Really did love this place! Two very small things to know. The can opener in the kitchen does not work (completely rusted). There are two beautiful wood side tables in the living room that are going to end up stained quickly if they don't put some coasters out for people to use.

The beach was beautiful and there were lots of things to do if it was too hot. I loved the condo but it does need maintenance. The ice machine does not make a lot of ice and the dryer takes forever just to dry a few things. Washer works great but is very loud.
