Seller and/or listing agent reserves the right to schedule property showings during Guest’s occupancy with reasonable advance notice. Showings will be coordinated to minimize disruption, and Guest’s cooperation is appreciated. This condition does not affect the terms of the rental agreement.

Parking at Wind Drift: To keep your arrival stress-free, vehicle registration is required at least 7 days before check-in. Parking passes are purchased per vehicle (max 2 per condo). 10-Day Stay: $62.36, 10–14 Day Stay: $112.00, 31-Day Stay: $120.00. Once registered, stop by the lobby upon arrival to pick up your physical parking pass and display it on your dashboard. Boat Registration & Dock Fees – Wind Drift Complex



Guests bringing a boat are required to pay a registration fee for boatyard/dock access and register 7 days before check-in. Current rates for renters and non-owner guests:

Daily: $50/day

Weekly: $300/week

Seasonal: $300/month (November 1 – February 28)
