Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Needs Some Updates and too crowded.

The check in was easy. The deck furniture was nice. The dining room furniture was also very nice. General decor seems nice but the couches and chairs seem worn with the swivel chairs showing noticeable dirt. There was no ice maker scoop, pizza cutter or plastic bowls. Wash cloths were supplied however some seemed to be well used. There was black mold on the primary shower grout and one of the guest rooms had a blue comforter that was ripped on a corner with stuffing coming out. It was a holiday weekend and the complex was stuffed to the gills with families to the point it was wall to wall people in the pool and lazy river.

Fall Break family vacation

We booked at Phoenix West for the second year. We love all the amenities and proximity to the beach. The units are spacious and love the bigger balconies. Such a great place!! 2306 was perfect for our family. We had two families & the condo was clean & came with basic starter supplies. Beds were perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. We had the best time & would totally stay here again!

Great condo, great stay, great vacation. There was an issue with the ac, but it was a building issue and without even having to reach out to the property owners, they reached out to us and made right on the issue. No complaints!

Made us feel at home, grates in lazy river need some work, hit one coming off slide, pretty sure broke a toe. Easy access to everything. Love the key oad access. Thanks for letting us stay. I did leace some boxes in the hall, did not know where to throw them away at.

Wonderful family vacation location

The property and amenities were wonderful. Orange Beach makes for a wonderful family vacation, even during spring break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly want or need. The pictures and virtual tour was extremely accurate, but actually being there was even better. I was a little concerned about reviews complaining about the elevators, but we had no issues during our stay. Totally loved it, and would definitely stay at the same loacation again (and probably will). Perfect for our family.

A wonderful Thanksgiving

The only problem and I hope the owner fix the problem is the Wi-Fi It's very weak it goes in and out all our phones were not working properly you could use a Wi-Fi booster or extender that would help but everybody had a great Thanksgiving we had three families in different condos in there and we all enjoyed it and hopefully we can do it next year......😎😎😎😎

Phoenix 2306 Review

The property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The only complaint was the unit where we stayed wasn’t very clean, the master closet lights didn’t work and the dishwasher was broken. The unit didn’t seem to have been dusted and the bathrooms weren’t very clean with hair on the floor, etc. Overall we loved the Phoenix. Thanks

Overall Loved the property

Let me start with saying, this location and condominium is prime! It is beautiful inside and we made friends everywhere we went with a ton of families. The security staff and beach staff were awesome. Our view was incredible and the size of the condo is great. But, in all honestly I have three big complaints - would it stop me from staying there again? No. But possibly a different condo unless communication can be handled better - yes. Number one, when we checked in - the front desk staff was rude, unapproachable and just downright not friendly and also super slow. That’s not really how someone wants to start their vacation - not the best taste in our mouth, but luckily - we didn’t need them again during our stay. Number two, the elevators and parking. There are four elevators for hundreds of condos that are 3-4 bedrooms. People would be irate and stack in like sardines just to try and get to their room within 20 minutes. It’s insane. And also the parking - we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with 3 families, but we only have two parking passes. It doesn’t make any sense. And the overflow parking “that they can’t recommend” is about half a mile away. People were literally selling their parking passes that was able to get multiple and there were still a TON of open parking spaces. A 3 bedroom should have 3 available passes and a 4 bedroom should have 4 available. And finally, the communication. I sent several messages months before about parking and never received a response. Then the week before our reservation I receive an email with instructions, totally fine - I then send an email saying, I understand we can’t request an early check in because of cleaning but if they are done early can we receive a text or email letting us know it’s ready because we have 6 kids with us? No response. But guess what? Friday afternoon, before checkout, I receive an email asking if I can let them know if I’m out before the check out time of 10 AM because they have a high turnaround day and would like to get started early. I honestly thought about responding with, “no, we will be out at 10 AM.” Just to be inconvenient and rude - or maybe not answer at all. But, that’s not how I was raised and was actually honest with them that we were leaving late Friday night, so they could start whenever Saturday. Communication and respect is key - maybe make sure the people emailing and working the front desk understand that especially when people are spending thousands of dollars.

Roomy condo.

Nice roomy condo with a the perfect view. Great amenities with a well supplied kitchen. Bathroom showers were moldy and could have been cleaned with a little Chlorox. Sheets in the master bedroom were old and worn and need to be replaced. Washrags had a strong chemical smell and had to be washed prior to use. Mr. COFFEE really needed a good cleaning. So dirty we were afraid to use it. On the other hand, it was nice to have a Keurig. Pool was always overcrowded. NEVER found a seat around the pool. Therfore, we never used the pool. Now, for the big hangup. There were 4 elevators. Never saw but 3 working. Sometimes only 2. We waited for 2 HOURS once to get one to hold a luggage cart. The parking garage. I bet we drove 9 miles going up and down looking for a handicapped space whenever we left. I have muscular Dystrophy and cannot walk without mechanical assistance.
