Beachside of the road! No need to cross traffic. 1st floor of raised condo complex! Simply walk out the condo door, and down elevator (or take the stairs), straight to the beach or pool. You could also just relax inside and enjoy the 65 inch TV. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen has stainless kitchen appliances and all the items needed to help cook your meals. A slice of paradise awaits you at this beautiful beach side cozy condo. Our condo spaces invite you to grill & chill in public area by the pool, and of course feast your senses on the cool breezes, warm gulf waters, and sugar-white sand between your toes. Convenient restrooms in outside area near pool and steps from the beach (so no need to run back to condo for a bathroom break). You will also find an open shower to rinse of beach/pool items easily. This condo offers a first floor balcony indirect view (called a peak-a-boo view) of the beach which is just a few steps away. There is also a fresh seafood market across the street to grab and go! The condo is conveniently located 3 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores and 3 minutes to Orange Beach grocery stores.

ABOUT BEACH CHAIRS:
You are certainly welcome to bring your own beach chairs, tents, etc., but be aware of this - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE BEACH PAST SUNDOWN!! The city clears the beach every day starting about 30 minutes after sundown.

Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and you can reserve them in advance if you wish.

We had some issues with the shower leaking, but the property owner’s gave us a discount on the parking pass. Very close to everything and right off of the beach. A tiny bit dated but overall a very nice property and worth the money.

The unit isquite dated. We were not sent check-in instructions until I reached out to the host and requested them. Luckily the host were very responsive. Only one trash bag was given for the entire week as well as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towel towels. Basically one of every necessity was given otherwise you have to go to the store and purchase additional. My kids and I stayed there for five days and when leaving stripped the beds, put them all in a pile as well as towels in a separate pile. Received a rude message from the hosts after leaving about how terrible we left the unit. I was very taken it back, considering we specifically took time to clean the unit. Also, while we were there, the management company came to spray for bugs. That was not something we were happy about so I refused them access. I feel like those chemicals should only be entered into the property when my children are not around. And final complaint, the master bedroom mattress was one of the most uncomfortable beds. I’ve slept on including noticeable springs as you sleep.The location was amazing. Very quick beach access and private beach access. Chair rental is quite expensive so I would recommend going to one of the souvenir shops and purchasing your own chairs and umbrella otherwise it’s 45 per chair per day. The pool is very simple and on the smaller side, but my children just love the water and had no complaints about the pool.

Guys weekend

My 3 buddies and I took a quick weekend trip from the New Orleans area, and this place was perfect. Comfortably slept 4 people, kitchen was stocked and functional, location was great, beach access was easy, and the beach was very nice. Owner was also super communicative and accommodating. All you need plus more!

This was our second stay here. The condo is clean upon arrival. The 2 beds in one room is perfect for our family of 4. The couch can pull out, but we don’t use it. The A/C is cold, which who doesn’t want to crank that A/C up on vacation?!? Access to the beach and the pool is so easy! This year and last, our kids have made friends with others staying in the building. People are friendly and we always feel safe. The appliances are new and everything works correctly. The TV’s work and is a great extra to have after a long day at the beach. We love 107 and can’t say enough good things about it!
