NO SMOKING: all properties are non-smoking.

PETS: pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA. Service animals must always remain with the guest and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

PARKING: one reserved parking spot. One other vehicle may be parked in the open spots and is a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes will be in the unit upon arrival and must be placed in the vehicle upon arrival. At the end of your stay, please return the passes to the unit (there will be a $25 fee for any unreturned passes). No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed to park on the premises.

AGE RESTRICTION: must be at least 25 years or old to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

RENTAL DURATION: weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals from April to October. Monthly rentals from November to March.
