Wunderschön ausgebaute 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer im 9. Stock. Einheit 902 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer. Es gibt auch eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Dieses Gerät verfügt auch über kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit- und Edelstahlgeräten, eine Wet-Bar, Fliesenböden in Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einen privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Der Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer zugänglich.

Great location!

I’ve been coming to OB since my teens. This is the first time I stayed at this complex and it was great! The location was fantastic! It’s right next door to Coastal and a public beach access. So, it was much less crowded than the other condos. We enjoyed walking to Coastal for snacks/drinks. We loved the walk in shower in the main and the kitchen was well stocked. If I could ask for one thing, it would be more towels!

Great location!

This was the first time we stayed at this complex and it was great! The location was fantastic! It’s right next door to Coastal and public beach access, so the beach never seemed to get that crowded. We enjoyed walking to Coastal for drinks and dinner. There are also several stores across the street. This is an older property but it was clean and everything was in reasonably good shape. Some things were starting to show wear but I think the price was reflective of this compared to the newer condos in the area that were much more expensive.

The condo was beautifully decorated and was in a great location. We were right on the beach, and we also had the convenience of a grocer across the Highway. There was one issue with the A/C not working, but after several calls to property management and a visit from a very friendly maintenance person, it was remedied while we were there. Over all it was a good experience and we enjoyed our weekend away before school started back that fall.

Stayed in better!

To start out our check in was SUPPOSED to be at 4. I received a text at 3:45 while I was checking out at Walmart letting me know the room was not ready. Was told there was nothing they could do about me having all the groceries other than unload and put in their office refrigerator to only load again to move back to the condo.The condo mattresses were hard and they need to be updated. My son ended up sleeping on the couch because of his mattress. The condo facilities were nice and it was a short walk to the beach.

Good location

Rental process was easy and also check in. Good location to the beach. Had a few issues that I had trouble getting someone to check out. 1st night I slept on a broken bed because no one came out to look at it until almost 24 hours later, ice maker did not work I reported this issue but it was never addressed. I will be reluctant to rent this unit again.

Great condo and great experience!

The condo was lovely and spacious. You could tell that the property manager really takes pride in making sure the condos are clean and also was great at communicating. I received a message asking how my stay was going on the second day and told me to let them know if I needed anything at any point. I had to call when we were first checked in because the code was not working and the lady on the phone was very helpful and got it fixed right away. Also, the condo was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, was not outdated and did not smell. The location was also wonderful as we were close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and souvenir stores. The pool was also nice and clean and the beach was not overcrowded and was kept clean. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful place for family vacation

This property was very nice, spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. The beach area surprisingly was not crowded at all even through the weekend before July 4th. It's conveniently located to surrounding restaurants and other activities and attractions. The bed in the master bedroom is very firm but we slept well. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Only issues were I forgot my slippers and walking on the tile floors barefoot turned the bottom of my feet black so just wore my flipflops inside. Also we had to use two small skillets to cook breakfast. There was only large skillet that was badly burned and unusable, which should be replaced. Overall I consider those minor issues in the big picture. It was our fist time at Orange Beach and we will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location is fantastic - the building stands alone, so not a ton of other people besides the residents of Summerchase. The size of the condo is great, and it was perfect for the four of us and one baby. I only have a few small complaints. The biggest was the cleanliness of the floors. They didn't seem like they had been mopped recently. The beds were not super comfortable, but it wasn't the worst I've slept on. Finally, the kitchen had everything we needed, except a big pot! I made pasta and had to use three smaller pots. haha. Not a big deal, but a big pot would have been nice. Other than those small things, it was a lovely condo. The building was nice and had 24 hour security. It was right in the middle of everything with a Publix across the street and a Walmart nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

Family of four stayed Sat-Fri in October. The unit was clean and mostly as pictured. It was easy to access and we never had to wait very long for the elevator. The pool areas were nice although we didn’t use the inside one very much because the weather was so nice. There are restrooms in the pool area which was handy. Beach access was easy and we ended up renting chairs and an umbrella from the beach service that was set up in front of the building. As far as the unit itself, it was very clean and stocked with a nice amount of dishes/utensils/towels. The only improvements I would recommend are: 1. The dryer takes forever to dry a load of laundry. The back of the lint trap needs cleaning. I had to dry my loads a minimum of 2 hours each to get them mostly dry. 2. The living room tv was stuck on Fox News and the remote didn’t connect with the tv. We changed out batteries, but that didn’t help. I texted the owner and got a response, but no action…not such a big deal as there were two other tvs in the unit. 3. I’m sure there was one at some point, but the kitchen needs a flipper spatula to cook with. I had to flip my pancakes with a fork. 4. The mattresses are probably due for replacement. Overall, we were pleased with this unit and would definitely return. The issues were minor and not deal breakers. We enjoyed our vacation!

Everything was clean. Easy process to check in/out. Facilities were great.
