Get ready for beachside fun and boat friendly adventures at Cotton Bayou Unit 4E in Orange Beach, AL! Situated in the charming community of Cotton Bayou, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, two-story condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your group. Spaciously accommodating up to 8 guests, our condo is an ideal choice for family getaways or group vacations. Located on the 2nd floor of a low-density building with only 8 units, this condo features a balcony with scenic views of the canals. The building is lifted and includes 2 covered parking spots beneath—please note, there is no elevator, which might pose challenges for those needing physical assistance. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy open-concept living area that leads to the master and guest bedrooms, plus an additional staircase to a versatile 3rd bedroom/loft. This loft area, encompassing an extra 240 sq. ft., can sleep 4 more guests in (2) queen size beds! The condo has been thoughtfully decorated to include a spiral staircase and embraces a coastal theme with its calming palette of soft blues, gentle grays, and sandy neutrals. The design creates a peaceful retreat that mirrors the serenity of the nearby ocean.

Step outside to explore the incredible amenities right at your doorstep. The property features a boat dock, launch area, and fishing pier, plus a cleaning station. Boat slips are available, and smaller watercraft like canoes, kayaks, and jet skis can be launched from our sandy beach area. Nearby, you'll find marinas, popular restaurants like Tacky Jacks and Avenue Pub, and local favorites such as Robinson and Bird islands, perfect for anchoring and soaking up the sun. For on-site recreation, enjoy the large pool pavilion with ample seating, BBQ grills, and a tennis court. Swim laps in the Olympic-sized saltwater pool, relax by the poolside or watch the game on the tiki hut TVs while grilling your fresh catch of the day. Families will delight in the unexpected pleasures of crabbing and fishing from our dock. Watch dolphins and boats glide by, and savor some of the most stunning sunsets over Cotton Bayou. Cotton Bayou Condominiums is located near the heart of the family-friendly, beachfront town of Orange Beach, AL. Yes, Orange Beach powder white sand is right down the street! A five minute walk to a protected light will land you on the beach or the bar, but if you have little ones you may want to drive across to the Cotton Bayou beach access and pay $10/day for easy parking. Many other beautiful beaches are right within your reach, under the pass towards Perdido Key or the opposite direction towards Gulf Shores. And if nature is what you are here for, you will be in heaven biking or walking our 26 miles of trails through protected marshlands and parks. Other wildlife can be found at countless fun bars and fantastic restaurants, by land and by water! OWA and the Wharf with their many attractions and concerts is close, and of course FloraBama and The Gulf restaurant/bars are still great options just a few miles away...with new CoastAL's beachside bar/dining and live music also now only steps to get to. In fact, our whole area has probably changed quite a bit since your last visit! With improvements to roads, walkways and more new shops and eateries coming, the city is better than ever and hosting festivals and events year round Calendar of Upcoming Events in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. While there are still plenty of large resorts in OB (or down the road in busy Destin, 30A etc.) to choose from, where you can wait for a crowded elevator ride, it just depends how you define beach experience. If you are looking for something more laidback... barefoot steps to your boatslip or across the street to the public beach...then Cotton Bayou is more your vibe! Because our low-density complex is a small community you will always find plenty of space by the pool, and an available grill or spot at the bar/tables. We have new development, but no high rises will block your view in our complex... you can feel the beach air and see the docks right from our balcony. Most importantly, Orange Beach holds onto that old school beach vibe. Come get tropical, it's always 5 o'clock here in OB!
