I did not even get to stay here. I was on my way down there on the eighth, and I was trying to find my access information. I had gotten an email from y'all 4 days prior saying my room was confirmed and ready. And when I couldn't get the access information reached out by phone to the host and they said my reservation was canceled from the beginning. Because my credit card company apparently blocked the purchase and I was never notified. I could have given a different card or called the company and told him to let it go through. But instead it supposedly got canceled, and I was never notified. Luckily, we were able to find something else on our way down there for a place to stay. But apparently Vrbo wasn't aware either because like I said they sent me the email four days prior saying, all things were ready.It could have been a disaster.And I could have had to pay three times the amount just to have a place to stay.So that was not good
