Diese 6. Etage Einheit ist schön eingerichtet ein Schlafsofa mit und Liegestuhl im Wohnzimmer, sowie Flachbildschirm-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt Fliesenböden in der gesamten Wohnung und eine voll ausgestattete Küche für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Sie werden die herrliche Aussicht vom Golf vorderen Balkon befindet sich aus der Wohnzimmer genießen. Sunswept befindet sich direkt auf dem Zucker-weißen Strand, die Sie aus dem smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko trennt. Das Orange Beach Wohnung ist nur sechs Meilen östlich von Gulf Shores, Alabama. Sie werden auf der anderen Straßen modernen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt finden. A great week

The space was a little small; but we knew that going in. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Our granddaughter (7) slept on the pull out couch bed and loved it. The view was AMAZING. Condo is on very close proximity to the garbage chute and elevator. Security guy was super friendly as were the other guests on the property. Directly across the street is Walmart and very good Mexican food and Ice Cream. We also enjoyed other great food nearby: Doc’s Seafood, Luna’s, Big Mike’s steakhouse, and take out Pizza right across the street. We also enjoyed nearby Putt Putt, Arcade, and shopping at Alvin’s Island, Surf Style, The Orange Beach Store, Beach Planet, and Dollar General.

Very Nice, Small On-the-Beach Condo

I kid you not, within a minute of reserving this place I got a call from them to let me know my arrival date was on a Sunday when the office would be closed. They wanted to make sure I got the email with the instructions on how to pick up the information on getting into the room and for beach access. I really appreciated that. The condo was clean and tidy and had a wonderful view of the gulf. We would definitely go back.

Orange beach is the best place to stay, we enjoyed one night at annual shrimp festival in gulf shore

Nice place to stay, only complaint was bed mattress took some gettin use to, very hard. And outside lighting was right by bedroom- so had to add a towel to block light.

The property overall was good. The condo we stayed in was ok. We thought it could use some sprucing up. The bed was ok but it didn't have a matteress pad. We thought that was a little odd having a sheet on the bare mattress. It did smell musty but we bought some air freshner.

Worst VRBO experience in 20 years of bookings

The condo was severely outdated and not upkept. After unpacking we realized that our feet were filthy from the floors. The shower head came off in our hand, sliding door leaked, and I went an bought a mop to keep the floor dry and cleaner, broken chair, handles, outlets that didn't work, dryer vent falling off into dryer, paint is horrible, freezer rusty, and these were just some of the issues. I would not for what we paid ever stay here again. So disappointed that this was so horrible. It needs a full gut and clean.

Constant welding sanding drilling NOT HAPPY

I would love to tell you more about my experience. I I am a single mom with three kids don’t have much money to go on vacation and the whole time we were there all I heard was constant drilling construction I would love to send you a video because I have one of what 75% of the time I heard when i sat on my patio! Which I paid more for the view! when I called the manager of the condo she was very very rude and I understand construction goes on but the week of spring break! When people spend their money to go on a vacation once a year that is not what they want to hear I’m very disappointed and upset. If she would have just said maybe I’m sorry! Or let me rent you a beach chair or just common empathy for a single mom who took her kids On vacation and wanted a peaceful trip and would like to have enjoyed their balcony! I was trying not to be upset for my kids . I was scared to let my kids swim in the pool because one of the days they were pulling insulation in the wind was blowing like 100 mph that was crap floating all in the pool it was just not a good experience.

We enjoyed our stay, but would recommend some serious updating. We had an issue with lights not working, but they were taken care of quickly by the on-site staff. The view from the balcony was perfect, which helped us overlook the deficiencies.

Room for improvement

Upon initial entry of the condo, would have expected a lot cleaner living area. We had to go buy cleaning supply and clean it ourselves so that we could be comfortable. The surfaces of the counter’s and tables were sticky Like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag. The Big coffee pot did not wrk had to use the sm one. The oven hood light did not work and was missing one of the bulbs. We were not goin to go buy one!! The ac unit in the bedroom rattled so loud made it difficult to sleep. The front door obviously has been broken into and was cracked. We had trouble making sure the door was locked when we wanted to sleep or leave the unit. And found a “pill” medication on the lower part of the coffee table. Other than that!!! . Lady was nice and very helpful at the office. The view was beautiful. Beach access was great And location was excellent for our outings. Would probably stay at Sunswept again but will be a different condo.

With a little work

The condo does need some updating and a good cleaning, and it could be outstanding. It’s in a great location right on the beach and close to lots of amenities. The condo is suitable for 1-2 people, but is a bit cramped by large bedroom furniture. The couch is not comfortable. However, the balcony offered a great beach view and the pool was large and clean.

The property and building were fine, but this condo needs lots of work.

The view is amazing and the grounds are nice. Our condo was very outdated and there was rust on all the vent covers. We could barely move in the bedroom as the dresser made it so crowded that you had to turn sideways to get through. It seemed dirty as well.. mostly the floors. Wouldn’t recommend until noticeable improvements are made. Just a fresh coat of paint would be helpful!!

Disappointed with condo not beach!

Condo needs updating! TV way too small, Furnishing aren't beach worthy, Bedroom way to small--king bed but can't get around it very easily, door to balcony very difficult to open!! Beach is fantastic but this condo needs some work~ Will never stay in this condo again.
