Parking & Rental Policies
-Private parking lot with two-car maximum per unit ($50 per car for the entire stay; fee set by the condo association).
-No pets allowed per condo association rules (strictly enforced).
- Peak season (June, July & holidays) requires a 7-night minimum stay. Outside of peak months, rental dates are more flexible.
- Renters must be 25 or older and must stay on the property (reservations made by someone 25+ who does not stay will be canceled without a refund).
-This is a no smoking complex (no smoking in condo or in common grounds). There is a designated smoking area in the back of the property.
