This recently redecorated unit is just high enough for great views down the beach to the jetties and overlooking the pool, but a short walk down one flight of adjacent stairs to the parking lot. It is a single bedroom condo with one bath, with the owner’s personal style in relaxing blues and greens and unique decorations. The location and décor makes a great spot for your beach vacation. The living area has an upholstered rocking armchair, a queen size sleeper sofa, an overstuffed armchair with two square side tables and a coffee table, forming a comfortable lounge area facing an entertainment center, a flat screen television and a DVD player. Storage is available in the entertainment center and coffee table. If you have to answer that email, there is WiFi, a wicker desk and chair with an overhanging mirror at one end of the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets and all necessary appliances. Two rattan stools with cushions sit at the breakfast bar. A round glass table with four chairs gives sit down dining, seated by the balcony doors in front of beach inspired swirls of color, that keep the beach feel even as the sun fades outside. A meal can also be eaten on the balcony, where a table, four chairs, and a lounger are located above the pool area with a view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. The bedroom furniture is all whitewashed wood, including a king-sized bed, a three-drawer dresser, two identical double-drawer nightstands, and a stand with cabinet and shelf that holds a flat screen television and a VCR player. The attached bathroom has a beige and tan granite countertop with a walk-in shower, a small rain head shower head and additional handheld sprayer, with sliding door and built-in seat. For clean clothes before heading home, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. *Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
