The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers new vinyl plank flooring in the common areas and beautiful hard word floors upstairs, spacious bedrooms and picnic table w/grill in the large back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, a newly renovated full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 2 with full beds and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms, and a full bath. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Right across from the school so plenty of space if you want kids to play. Easy commute to both parks and short walk to the town pool that had plenty of space. House worked out great!

Great Location to ASV

My son played week 13 at Cooperstown All Star village and we found this to be a wonderful place to stay. Ten minutes to the fields made it easy to get back and forth. It was about 5 minutes from Main St which offered food options which was wonderful. The host was very responsive to any questions and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. House was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Great place to stay if you want to be close to ASV. House was clean, and the owners had a surprise awaiting us upon entry! The drive to ASV was approx 10 minutes, and restaurants and downtown Oneonta are close. Great stay!

Great stay!!

The Wheelhouse was a great house to stay in for our family. Close to Cooperstown Allstar Village fields- about 7 minutes away & easy to get to for baseball games. Really close to town which we drove to, didn’t walk. Great little restaurants were close for dinners and late night sweets (cake from Nick’s). Walmart & shopping centers were really close as well. We felt safe in the house in the neighborhood. Hosts were great at responding quickly to any questions we had. Check in & out was a breeze. TVs in every bedroom, comfy beds, spacious kitchen with all the tools to cook a meal. Washer & dryer we used everyday. It was wonderful to have that. They even provided a cooler & bleacher pad to take to ballgames. Would definitely recommend staying here with Allstar Rentals again!

Wonderful Wheelhouse

We stayed here for week 6 of the Cooperstown All Star Village Baseball tournament. The house was 10 minutes from the ballpark and had all the essentials needed, including a cooler and stadium seat that came in handy. Tim is very responsive, accommodating, and the hospitality is wonderful. We loved the local pancake mix and maple syrup they provided- it was delicious! We definitely recommend the Wheelhouse with All Star Baseball Rentals!

Good for Cooperstown families

1st, the house was very well stocked with toilet paper, shampoos, conditioners, and body wash, trash bags, and kitchen products. Second, everyone was in agreement that the beds were comfortable, and we had adequate pillows, sheets, and blankets. We were very happy with the washer and dryer, and the detergent and dryer sheets that were provided. Communication and sharing of details were timely and helpful. On the “needs improvement“ side, we have this feedback: For the number of people the house is supposed to accommodate, the hot water supply is definitely inadequate. When we realized that hot water was in short supply, we all started taking shorter, cooler showers, but still couldn’t get more than three showers before the warm water ran out completely. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room, and would have been happier had there been curtains on the French doors, since we really had no privacy without them. It seems that the house could use some general maintenance.

Great Location, and Spacious Home.

Centrally located home, about 10 minutes away from the All Star Village, and about 6-7 minutes away from Dick's, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very spacious home, private driveway for parking, wifi, satellite tvs in every room, amazing hosts that thought of leaving everything we needed for the week (shampoo/soap/cleaning products/etc). Hosts were super responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this or any of their other properties to future families.

This property was a 10 minute drive from ASV (3 plus miles away). It is an older home in great condition. The owner stocks it full of incidentals I wasn’t expecting. We very much enjoyed our stay!!!

We rented the house for our week stay in Cooperstown All Star Village. It was close to the fields, shops, and restaurants. Tim was very helpful and responsive with emails and text. We would stay here again.

Baseball Rental

We had an amazing experience with this rental. It was quaint, clean and was stocked with everything that we needed from linens to toiletries to kitchenware. The management was amazing as well! I would stay here again!

Cute house

Stayed with my family while my son played at ASV. 10min drive to the fields, close to town, and yet enough distance to enjoy some peace and quiet out on the porch watching the deer eating grass across the street. House was equipped nicely which allowed us to prep some meals at home and save money on the trip. Just as you should expect from an old house, the stairs are steep and the floors have some slope in places but with the main floor bedroom for my mother things worked out perfectly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever were to visit Oneanta again. Thank you!

Sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos con Uds! Todo en perfectas condiciones. Ubicación a solo 10min de all star village y además céntrico para cualquier cosa que necesiten adquirir (comida, restaurantes, etc…)

Perfect for All Star Village

The house was perfect for our baseball trip to All-Star Village. 10 min to All-Star Village, 3 min to Main St Oneonta. Older house like most in the area but had DirecTV, fast WiFi and AC. I would recommend to anyone going to All-Star Village.
