Tucked among the towering cedars of the Ozark Mountains, THE OUTLAW Cabin blends rustic charm w/ modern comfort. Located in Omaha, AR, just minutes from Big Cedar Lodge, Table Rock Lake and Branson, MO you'll enjoy the peace of the woods & water while staying close to world-class golf, boating, dining, concerts and entertainment. Perfect for family vacations, couples getaways, golf trips, girls' weekends, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape to relax, reconnect and make lasting memories in the Ozarks.

The Outlaw (brand new in 2026!!) combines the great outdoors with rustic luxury, comfort and health consciousness combined! This new-build cabin was custom built and designed with your vacation needs and wants in mind.

It sleeps 7 adults or 8 people, if bringing 2 kiddos (see bed breakdown below to help this make sense). The person booking (who must be staying there) must be 25+ years old.

Sitting on its own 1-acre lot that surrounds you in nature and gives you access to your own little part of Cricket Creek, this place is a vacation gem. Whether you're here for a busy, fun-filled vacay and this is your calm to come back to or you're wanting a quiet escape and plan to chill here all day, we have you covered.

(We do have 'vacation rental' neighbors on one side and permanent residence neighbors on the other. See drone photos!)

Our guests' health were kept in mind when selecting finishings, furnishings, mattresses, bedding, cookware and beyond. For example: there is a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen (no need to buy/bring/waste a bunch of plastic water bottles!) for fresh, clean mineralized water. We have organic cotton bed sheets and almost everything that could be, is Oeko-Tex certified!

QUICK beds breakdown:
•2 King beds- each in their own room, main floor
•1 Queen bed- in main loft space
•1 Full/Double size bed- in "extra" loft space (a curtain can divide the two loft spaces/rooms).(Personally we think this bed would only sleep one adult, but could sleep 2 kiddos.)

*There are 8 other vacation rentals on our street if you have friends and family wanting to stay close to each other!! They are all A-frames, but not The Outlaw - hence the name!

QUICK - CLOSE BY TO DO'S:
•Onsite: Walk to the back of the property to the creek!! Creek levels do vary throughout the year & we always recommend bug spray when outside here. Or take a scenic walk down the gravel roads - if you exit the driveway and turn right there is 2 natural waterfalls on your left (again, levels will vary with rain amounts) and lots of wildflowers!

•1/2 mile walk or drive to Table Rock Lake: Enjoy easy lakeside access for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or floating. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards or rafts to this quiet beach area that is a small arm off Table Rock Lake that has still waters.

•7- Minute drive to Cricket Creek Marina where you can rent a pontoon for the day or put in your own watercraft! Reach out for slip renting details!

•15-Minute Drive to Top of the Rock, Big Cedar Lodge and Fun Mountain. Don't forget to go enjoy a Sunset Celebration one night, if you can!

• 15-Minute Drive to Payne’s Valley, Ozark National, Buffalo Ridge, Cliffhangers, Top of the Rock and Mountain Top Golf Courses.

• 15-Minute Drive to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena for some memorable concerts. Staying here allows you to take the backroads which should be less congested! Still recommend leaving early!

•20- Minute drive to Tex-Plex at Fox Creek Park, a premiere Side by Side park, that offers day rentals for some adventurous fun.

•20-25 Minute Drive to Bransons Main Strip and shows.

•25- Minute Drive to Branson Landing & Historic Downtown Branson.

•35- Minute Drive to Silver Dollar City.

•35- Minute drive to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park .

•1-Hour drive to Ponca, AR for hiking or floating the Buffalo River.

•1 hr 15 minute drive to Bentonville, AR and Crystal Bridges Museum OR historic Eureka Springs!!!


A more DETAILED break down of ALL the spaces for you:

2 Master Suites -
Upon rolling or carrying your luggage strait up the wide, but shallow ramp (no stairs!) through the double front door, you will enter & be able to quickly off load your bags in either of the two master bedrooms (one on your left and one on your right). They both host a King sized bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress (GREENGUARD GOLD & CertiPUR-US® Certified) and Pure Earth Organic Cotton sheets. There are ample spaces to put away all your belongings - a closet, a pantry style dresser and bedside tables with drawers. Each room has a Roku tv ready for your streaming needs and a sound machine to help you drift off to sleep! Don't forget at night to turn on and dim the beautiful bedside sconces - the soft glow gives such cozy vibes!! They also allow for individually controlled lighting, if one of you likes to stay up & read! Each night stand has a usb and standard outlet right on top for ease in plugging in your electronics.

Ensuite Bathrooms -
Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with showers pre-stocked w/ non-toxic shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A hair dryer and stool (for any littles) rests in the cabinet under the sink.

Entry/Laundry -
Right after the bedrooms, on the right, is the custom designed (and might we say, adorable) "drop zone" for your purse(s), keys and such. There is also a framed scan code to easily connect yourself to the Starlink wifi right away (if wanted). On your left is custom built 8-foot laundry room doors, hosting a stacked LG washer and dryer for your laundry needs and also has any extras you may need during your stay.

Continuing straight from the entry, is the heart of the home; the open concept kitchen, dining and living spaces - with 8 foot windows that bring the outside in - invite you to do what you need to do, while always being able to converse and connect!

Kitchen -
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs (there might be one too many charcuterie boards to choose from, haha). Stainless steel appliances look great with the black marbled and honed granite countertops and the large island (seats four) is perfect for chatting and/or entertaining. All cookware is PFAS free. There is also a cast iron skillet, if you prefer that! Start your day right with a cup of drip coffee, as well as plain and vanilla creamers, all provided. There is a Keurig in the cabinet if you prefer that over the drip. We also have an electric kettle in the pantry, if you are a tea drinker instead!

Pantry -
There is a door in the kitchen that leads you to the pantry with tons of space for your food and extras. This space also has movie night popcorn bowls, a non toxic air-fryer, bbq grilling tools and s'more sticks for the fire pit, etc; all labeled and organized for your ease!

Dining -
Right next to the island is the dining table that seats 6. Dine together and make lasting memories over an intimate meal or linger for a long, quiet breakfast! Not far from the table is a bar cart for all your cocktail or adult beverage opening/making needs.

Living room -
The living room boasts a custom floor to ceiling fireplace, perfect for setting a warm and cozy atmosphere! There are ample spots to relax, hosting two couches and two chairs. On either side of the fireplace are cabinets that have blankets to help you curl up and relax or the other one is full of board games, puzzles and even a few coloring books and crayons for the littles!

Loft space -
You will see a small staircase off the kitchen that leads you to the loft. The first thing you'll see is the 1/2 bath - stocked with its own colored towels, a hair dryer, a stool for any littles & plenty of hooks to keep organized. Next you'll see this loft space has 2 more beds, if needed. A queen size bed is in the first space with a streaming tv and large dresser. There is a curtain that can be used to "divide" this space from the additional space, which hosts a full size bed and dresser. This space also has a "portable" closet pole for any clothing needs that requiring hanging vs folding for the loft guests. Both loft mattresses are also Tuft & Needle (GREENGUARD GOLD & CertiPUR-US® Certified) and have Pure Earth Organic Cotton sheets. This space is "open" to the downstairs - meaning there is a partial wall, not a full wall!

Deck/Outdoors -
A favorited area, for sure! Slide open the 8 foot slider and step onto the large, covered deck. (Raining out? No worries, you can still enjoy the fresh air!) To the left you can dine or play board games (seating for 6) and to the right you can lounge (outdoor sectional) or enjoy an outdoor movie!! There is a coffee table/fire-table that you are welcome to use (*but you will need to supply your own propane*). The ambience of the strung Edison lights sets the tone. Straight off the deck is a large staircase, inviting you to the fire pit (wood & fire starters provided) or to explore the property and, of course enjoy the creek! The creek is weather dependent - its levels strongly vary through the year with the rain totals.

Want to hop in the lake? Go fishing? Launch a paddle board? Just a short drive or walk down the gravel road is a lake side "beach" that you can do all of the above! This is one of our favorite spots. Cricket Creek marina is just a few short minutes away, if you are wanting to rent a pontoon or launch your own watercraft.
