✔ Access is via a county-maintained gravel road that also leads toward nearby public lake access. All vehicle types regularly use the road, but please drive slowly and expect more activity during peak lake and Branson travel season.
✔ The creek and natural grotto pool are spring-fed and remain naturally cool year-round.
✔ The natural grotto pool is designed to feel like a private Ozark swimming hole. Swimming is at your own risk, and guests should use appropriate caution around the creek, rocks, and natural terrain.
✔ The property includes wooded and rocky terrain. Guests are welcome to explore along the creek but should wear appropriate footwear and use caution. Wildlife and vegetation may be present.
✔ The see-through gas fireplace heat/flame should not be turned on when outdoor temperatures exceed 75º F - it can overheat and will automatically shut down requiring a reset by a service technician. The LED lighting features can be used at any time.
