Luxe Hollywood Retreat - Blackstone Midtown Area

Luxe condo beautifully appointed to create a retreat that gives you a taste of old Hollywood. Located perfectly in Omaha's Midtown Crossing and Blackstone areas, you'll be a very short walk to a theater, gym, salon, grocery store & a plethora of eateries, shops and night life. Near Mutual of Omaha headquarters, Univ of NE Med Center, Creighton University and just a couple minutes ride to Old Market, Capital District, Dundee, Benson, Little Bohemia and the country's #1 zoo: Henry Doorly. Luxe condo beautifully appointed to create a retreat that gives you a taste of old Hollywood. As our guest, you'll have not only access to the condo, but free parking as well. You will receive your key access from the Keycafe box located on the west (brick) wall. You will receive a guest access booking code to retrieve your keys. Please do not lose this code, you will need it to return your keys. Guests are to use the south side of the building for checking in. (Farnam Street) The parking garage is no longer accessible to guests or tenants and should not be used at any time. Guests are directed to park in a designated parking area specifically for guests and tenants. This parking area is located on the east side of the building. There are three options, street parking (along the side of the street), parking facing the east, parking facing the west (towards building) on the elevated level. You are also welcome to the handicap places, two which are out front of the building and more aligned against the east side. When dropping off, picking up, checking in or out you are welcome to use the 10 min. parking outside the front doors. Common area in lobby - which also has a secure entrance - and secure entrance at every level In regards to front door: Basement is where the shopping carts are used to transport belongings to and from the condo. Please place them back in the basement when finished. Laundry rooms are located on each floor, please feel free to utilize the washer and dryers at anytime. You will need to download an app called PayRange to purchase washing and drying time. Please shut lights off when you’re finished. Garbage: there is a dumpster outside the south entrance on the east side of the building right on the corner by the bus stop. Please do not leave garbage anywhere throughout the building or outside. You will be charged a $50 fee for leaving trash on the premises if the cameras are you doing this. I give my guests space but am available whenever you need me. If you don’t receive a response through the messaging app, please feel free to call or text me. In the rare case that my phone dies or you cannot get in touch with me, please call maintenance number. Please let us know if you have any questions, need reservations at one of the restaurants or need any help whatsoever. Just minutes from downtown and the airport, Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a vehicle. Midtown is Omaha’s cultural hub. From art and music to dining and historic neighborhoods, Midtown is where locals come to be entertained. There are five key areas that make up Midtown; from north to south they are: Benson, Dundee, Midtown Crossing, Blackstone and Aksarben. Walking, Uber, Public transportation includes Orbit bus line, lots of parking available. NEVER LOCK or UNLOCK THE BOTTOM LOCK ON THE DOOR. You will get locked out and we will have to call a locksmith. We would love to change these but per building we have to use their locks. Apologies for the inconvenience. AC/Heating: Our building runs on a boiler system. Meaning that it’s either AC or Heat, we don’t have the option for both. AC months are end of April-Mid October with Heating Months Mid Oct-end ofApril. We do offer multiple space heaters and portable fans for the random days you may need to cool off or warm up.
