• Approximately 570 square feet with a living space, queen bed sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom.
• A queen size bed can be separated from living space by a sliding door.
• The condo features a leather sleeper sofa and leather club chair, coffee table, TV and DVD player, a stationary desk with wicker chair and portable Air Conditioning unit.
• The kitchen is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with a bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.

Mountain decor and a touch of modern connect in this colorful space, which feels spacious and boasts all the cabin-like amenities for the perfect alpine getaway.

Ideal for a couple or small family, this deluxe studio features a full-size kitchenette upgraded with granite countertops, equipped with a dishwasher, mini-refrigerator, toaster oven and all the cooking utensils for home cooked meals. There is no oven. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a comfortable leather sleeper sofa, leather club chair, coffee table and television to relax after a day of adventuring around North Lake Tahoe. There is a also portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Through a sliding door partition, you’ll enjoy a lodge style queen bed sleeping space, with a stationary desk and chair. Several accent chairs are available in this area to kick back and unwind.

Studio condo #152 offers unparalleled slope-side access as a ski-in/ski-out retreat, where convenience is supreme! Located very close to legendary lifts such as KT-22 and the base-to-base gondola, connecting two iconic ski resorts there is lots of terrain at your fingertips to explore! If you’re not looking for downhill winter sports, there’s also snow tubing, nordic skiing, and many local winter events happening in the Village at Palisades Tahoe, just steps from condo #152.

The summer is no different in its abundance of alpine activities! Enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and golfing (a course available in Olympic Valley!). Guests staying at this condo have access to Palisades Tahoe Lodge amenities, such as the outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room, gym, and more!

If exploring is in the cards during any of your year-round stays, enjoy biking, hiking, and Lake Tahoe beaches and watersports, just six miles from Palisades Tahoe Lodge. Don’t feel like driving? Take the bike path through Olympic Valley into Tahoe City along the Truckee River Bike Path for a quintessential Tahoe pass time when the weather permits.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
