Walk to Shelia's Market for sandwiches, beer, wine, and other market items.  Walk to Rumorz Bistro for great food and an indoor/outdoor bar.  Walk to Royal Anchor for a full bar, a band and seats with umbrellas.  This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

This studio rental comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi, heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (operated by Credit Card) and parking for 1 vehicle (can have 2 if requested). There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.
