Superschöne Hotelanlage & Zimmer. Zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück super lecker (frischer Obstsalat, selbstgemachtes Müsli, Vollkornbrot ...). Wer dem Trubel an der Westküste entfliehen und sich im Hinterland entspannen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Ruhige Lage auf eine Anhöhe. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A Hidden Gem

What a wonderful space as a retreat and oasis! It is located on the top of hill so it is quiet and beautiful. Great energy all around. Highly recommended for anyone who needs extra recharge boost during the weekend

Nice place. Nice setting. My one complaint is that a staff member started vacuuming while I was still eating breakfast. It was loud, inconsiderate, the opposite of what you’d expect at a retreat setting. She then walked thru the dining room with a leaf blower. It wasn’t on, but she could’ve walked outside around the building rather than taking it thru the bkfst room.

The Ojai Resort is in a beautiful setting in the area of Ojai. Wildlife is all over - California quail, bunnies, hawks, and I even saw a bobcat! It’s on top of a hill, so the views are stunning, and it’s extremely quiet day and night. I will be coming back to this serene hotel!

This was a very nice surprise. Beautiful grounds, many areas to be alone or stroll with friends, definitely a retreat. Cabin was simple but very comfortable with small kitchenette, private patio with beautiful view, and many places to escape. Very serene and the hosts were wonderful. Euro style breakfast is included.

We apologize, again, for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, you visited us during an overcast weather period in Ojai CA, with that weather, and the added shade from the Oak Trees, surrounding The Oak Room that you stayed in, it dimmed the light coming into your large window. In addition, we mentioned to you that we have not received any prior complaints regarding the bed, in fact the mattress is new within the year, however, as I also mentioned, it is hard to please everyone because some like soft and some like firm mattresses, so we try to get something in-between. Even so, we appreciate any and all feedback and are checking the mattress to make sure it is comfortable. If you feel so inclined to try staying with us again, please call us and we are happy to describe and go over any and all questions you may have regarding our rooms! Thank you for giving us a try and again we are sorry the room did not meet your expectations.
