The Hotel was not at all what we expected for a "four star hotel". Boring, not enough entertainment. We had no hot water, they calling themselves
fixing it, it lasted long enough for 1 shower. Ants in room and bed! The food was mediocre, same stuff everyday. We had to beg for towels. Hotels.com exaggerated the information about this hotel. I want be using you people again. Never going back to Barbados. That Hotel should be rated 3 star. We were also told that our bill was paid in full. When we got there, surprise! We found out that we had only paid the deposit. Then the put a hold on my credit card for $250. I was ok with that, as it is customary for hotel. The problem is, they charged me the hold fee twice on my credit card. Then even though I explain to them that a passenger died on our flight from Miami to Barbados, so we had to be re-routed to Puerto Rico for the night stay. they refuse to credit us for the one night we missed staying there. If it had been our fought I could understand it, but this was an unforeseen occurrence. Never again!
