Safe area for family. Public park with play area close by. Fenced yard with children's outdoor toys. North Ogden Arena 1/2 mile away.
Large Covered Bar B Cue area, fire pit, East Side of property out of the sun for comfort and enjoyment. Large bathroom with large walk in shower / separated toilet. Kitchen is well stocked. Mountain Spring water available https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/stump-spring . Our guests have really enjoyed this with a dispenser cold for after a ride, or hot for a beverage you like. Guest Suite has private, well lit entrance just a few steps away from off street driveway parking. Trailer parking available with electric service 115 with prior arrangement and additional fee. Small Peach orchard adjacent to property with seasonal product for sale. Nothing as good as an off the tree peach in season. Outdoor yard toys available for use Croquet, Bocchi ball etc .. 2 kayaks, one pictured and available to rent on property daily, range of life vests as well. Great venue for a wedding reception (50 people outdoors), family gathering, birthday. Laundry available onsite by arrangement. Quiet. Owner has 2 well behaved dogs on property that are strictly separated from guests and children at all times, unless of course you are in need of some comfort therapy by your choice - and can use some doggie love and affection ( no charge for the loves) just want to let people know who may have allergies - they happen! just want you to know in advance. Relative to animals... Your pet 900 lb gorilla won't work out but ask us first about your pets we want your stay to be peaceful, good resting and comfortable our pets are part of us and added fees will apply Television has free basic Amazon Prime and Peacock services and too many free channels to describe. You can screen cast from your phone or tablet as well.
