Desiree, Thank you for your 4 star review of our beach condo. We welcome positive as well as improvements we can make to satisfy everyone's stay at our beach condo. During this uncertain time of Covid-19 we are doing our best to follow the State guidelines of safety and health and take extra precautions in any food items left by a previous guest. Thank you about noticing the need to update our information brochure for future guests. The North Coast Village Resort has several laundry rooms that are all coin operated. We'll review our listing to state this better for everyone to read. The futon couches do have instructions inside the entertainment center for sitting and sleeping positions. I will post this in a better place for everyone to see and follow. The water pressure in the shower is controlled by the resort and unfortunately we are unable to change this setting. Instructions for using the Bosch dishwasher are labeled on top of the dishwasher soap container under the sink, sorry you missed this. We did repaint all the kitchen cabinets in 2019, I'll review this and do some touch ups. In regards to personal items, it is true my family uses the beach condo quite often and our items need to be securely put away. We want your stay to be a home away from home on the beach without any worries, just relax and have fun. Molly, Thank You for the review of your stay at our beach condo, I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay as we value every person's feedback to constantly make improvements. We did make some huge changes this past week - Installed new carpet and painted the bedroom. Replaced the Queen bed with an Eastern King along with new bedroom furnishings. We do provide Land of Lakes Mini Moo's Half and Half in the fridge and try to watch for the expiration date with a back up dry creamer in the food cupboard. I apologize for not catching this expiration date. We recently replaced the futon couches/beds early this year with the best memory foam mattresses for the dual purpose of sleeping and watching TV. Sorry these were uncomfortable for your sitting pleasure. Our next purchase will be an updated dining set and we will look closely at replacing the wicker table chairs.
