This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor end unit villa features an inviting open-concept layout with hardwood floors and granite countertops. Inside, the home offers a cozy gas fireplace, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors in the main living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, and granite countertops, including a microwave, toaster, blender, standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) in the third bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests.

Entertainment options include four cable TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The screened porch overlooks the peaceful pond, providing a perfect outdoor retreat. Please note, there is no grill provided.

This villa is dog-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a combined weight limit of 65 pounds (no pit bulls per community rules), with additional fees applicable. The unit offers parking for up to three vehicles. Linens and towels are available for rent for an additional fee. Rental requires guests to be at least 25 years old. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

Bear Trap Dunes amenities include access to an outdoor pool, indoor pool, pavilion pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, three nine-hole golf courses, and an onsite restaurant and clubhouse. A seasonal beach shuttle is available at community discretion. A recreation fee of $55 per person is payable onsite for amenity badges.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less 15% of the gross rent). All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting.
