In addition to a fantastic location, you are also granted access to the community's amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a 27-hole championship golf course at the wonderful Beat Trap Dunes Golf Club, tennis and basketball courts, a children's pool, a sauna, a fitness center, a playground, and a game room.

Inside, enjoy a beautifully decorated and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spend memorable evenings in the welcoming living room planning your next adventures, watching your favorite movies or series on the smart TV equipped with streaming and cable. Another great spot to unwind is the screened porch which features a nice seating area. Attached to this space is an uncovered deck with great views and another lounge area.

Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen has all the appliances needed to whip up memorable homemade meals and snacks. A Keurig coffee maker has been added to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Additional perks include two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

This home is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. There are 2 steps to get to the front door and about 20 steps to access the main level of the home.
The second floor bedroom has a half-wall that overlooks the living room.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
