The bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan for comfort. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa that pulls out into a full size sleeper sofa. The living room also includes a Smart TV, two chairs and dinette table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay! The sliding glass doors open to the ocean front covered deck, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Service provided every weekend Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: Polycarts will be rolled out to the street Friday nights for trash pickup and returned to their designated place under the building on Saturday.

Stay includes high speed internet and mini-split heat and air.

Easily access the condo with keyless entry. Designated outside parking space on East side of the building.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. This includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.

This condo does not have a washer or dryer.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
