The expansive interior features high-end furnishings and all-suite bedrooms. The exquisite outdoor spaces include three decks (all with either views of the ocean or the marsh), as well as a heated pool, waterslide, and gas grill.

LIVING AREA: Kick back with a crisp beverage beside the gas fireplace in the welcoming living area, which also has a smart TV and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. An additional space offers a foosball table, smart TV, sink, and mini-fridge.

KITCHEN & DINING: The gourmet kitchen is appointed with a full suite of new appliances, colorful backsplash, and a large island for prepping meals. Gather for meals at the eight-person table. The kitchen island also seats two.

BED & BATH: This home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the living area adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: Ideal for entertaining, this home features multiple outdoor spaces, including a main level with a heated lap pool that even has a waterslide with a private enclosed backyard. (The pool can be heated for an optional $85/day fee). Board games, cards, and a gas grill is perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout. Take in stunning ocean, marsh and pool views from two decks.
