This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom as a queen bed along with a full-sized futon. Both bedrooms have TVs. The full-sized kitchen is perfect for making those cost saving meals at home. The tastefully decorated unit gives you plenty of room to spread out and the large balcony is a nice extra living area. The balcony is also the perfect spot to relax and catch those cool summer breezes!

Located on 73rd street, the midtown location is perfect for traveling all throughout Ocean City and gives you easy access to Berlin via route 90. You will love all of the fantastic restaurants and family activities that are within walking distance or a short drive away!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit, which also includes the balcony.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Beachmark is an elevator building however, initial entry does require 1 flight of steps to get to elevator.
* One covered parking spot are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 132nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
