This level also includes a large bedroom with a private bathroom.

On the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The primary suite offers a private balcony with spectacular sunset views over the bay, along with a relaxing soaking tub and separate shower—perfect for unwinding after a long beach day.

All guests must sign both a rental agreement and a check-in form prior to arrival. The rental agreement reflects the house rules listed in the property listing. The check-in form collects the names and ages of all guests staying at the property and requires uploading a valid ID. This is required and not optional.

For safety purposes, there is one camera located on the staircase leading to the second floor. It is not actively monitored and is intended for emergency use only.
