Recently updated, this waterfront oasis in the heart of Ocean City offers stunning water views and the added convenience of a private boat slip. The open floor plan maximizes space and natural light, with every detail thoughtfully renewed just last year for a modern, stylish stay.

The living area is perfect for relaxation, offering a seamless flow into the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen boasts updated appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing culinary haven.

This property is conveniently located near popular attractions, including Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Fish Tales, Guido’s Burritos, the 27th Street Boardwalk, and numerous restaurants. It’s an excellent spot for you and your family to enjoy a variety of activities.

Other Details to Note:
Parking: One parking space is provided in the lot. A parking permit will be issued and must be returned upon departure to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property grounds. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations.

Sleeping Arrangements: The bedroom features a Queen Bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

Linens and Towels: We provide fresh linens and towels for all reservations. This includes two sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all pillows, and a towel set for each guest (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per person).

*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 4 guests at any given time. Children under 2 do not count towards the guest count. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.

This is a non-smoking unit. The host charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may not smoke on property grounds. Non Smoking property.
