    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Our stay was just ok. All the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We had sore backs every morning. There was very minimal electrical outlets to plug anything in. There were lamps throughout the place with nowhere to plug them in. I had to charge my cell phone in the bathroom. The air conditioning never got any cooler then 70 degrees even though we had it set at 65. Finally, the place needs a major updating. Its very dated in there with stains on the carpets. I would not come back and stay here again.

Gut: Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The property had many nice amenities and overall we had a nice stay, but it was the little things that made our stay less than excellent. The condo was not well cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, coins in the garbage disposal, and a child's pacifier in one bed and the bed was WET! The shag carpet throughout the unit was dated and dirty looking. The lamps in most rooms did not work either because they couldn't be plugged in or the knobs were missing. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the shower door was broken. The key didn't work in the lock so we had to use the 11 digit entrance code all week and you couldn't plug the microwave and the toaster oven in at the same time. I guess this was good because the toaster oven set off the smoke detectors anyway. There was no hair dryer on the property but the VACASA staff was able to help us out. The AC was comfortable however and there was plenty of hot water. It's good we had nice weather and a nice time overall. I've been to worse places, but the property really did not meet our expectations.
