Wake to watch the sunrise from your private master bedroom or the main living areas ocean front balcony. Located off the kitchen are the additional bedrooms a 2nd full bath and laundry area. The building offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and Seasonal Cafe' (summer only) for breakfast and lunch, saunas in both restrooms on the second floor.

*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy, please see bed sizes below:
